We use a software program called Now Infinity to help us manage the corporate affairs of our company, trust and SMSF clients. One of the key areas that it is used for is ASIC Annual renewal processing. This help note is provided so that you can see that we do send these out.

Good cyber awareness will have you not clicking on links in emails that you don't know about. And although this is a reminder we continue to recommend this course of action. You can access the PDF from email or use your bank for direct payment.

So you can be confident that you are paying ASIC for these renewals here are two notes about the payment reference:

1. All ASIC BPAY payment reference will start with 17301.
2. Your reference number will include the ACN of your company.

Because ASIC is brutal with it's late payment fees and in how quickly they apply them with non-payment we have it set to send out both email and text reminders to let you know that the debt is coming due.

This is a thing because there can be up to 2 months between the time that ASIC issue the annual renewal and the due date of the bill and during that time life will happen.

We don't want you to overlook this bill and then get fined for late payment - as the amounts that they charge are quite a lot relative to the amount of the renewal amount itself.

An email reminder will come from from 'Bee Group - ASIC'. It will have a PDF attachment and have a title called 'ASIC Annual Fee - Payment Reminder'. As always it's recommended you do not click on the link in email - just go straight to the PDF source and open it and make payment using the references on the form.

A text reminder will come from 'BeeGroup' and look like this. Just so you know the ACN will have a hyperlink but we do recommend that you do not click on it. This information is available via email for you to directly access.
